Norman's customer service was outstanding! He responded quickly to my original request for information on one of his cars. I live out of state and Norman offered possible scenarios for me purchasing with him. He picked me up at the airport and showed me sights on the way back to his office which included a delicious lunch! He was knowledgable, professional, honest, thorough and very fair. Best Car Buying Experience of my Life

This is a company that exemplifies integrity, honesty, and transparency. They have prices at the lowest end of the KBB spectrum, and vehicles of the highest quality. They work to ensure your satisfaction, and go the extra mile. They put new tires on the car I bought the day I bought it, and when I experienced a malfunction of my speedometer (which only occurred at sustained high speeds, and consequently hadn't showed up in test drives) on my two hour drive home, I mentioned it in passing, not expecting much as it had been sold "as is". Norm immediately set up an appointment with my local Buick dealer and had it fixed within a week...and it wasn't a cheap fix. "As is" means he had no obligation to do this...so you be the judge. If you read their "about us" section, you will have exactly that experience. I doubt you could find anyone who's dealt with this company that's had a bad experience. I can't recommend them enough...if you want the best car buying experience you've ever had, get your next vehicle here.

Honesty, Integrity, Candor

If you're looking for the best buying experience you've ever had with a used car dealer, you're in the right place. I'm going to sound like a shill, because my experience with Norm and Grand Prize Cars was the best I've ever had when buying a used car. I drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth every mile. Not only did I find the car I wanted, but his price was at the bottom of the KBB price spectrum. He put new tires on the car for me with no upcharge. He told me that the front brakes were at ~60%, and that the rear shocks were ok but might need to be replaced within the next year. Everything was exactly as represented on the site. On the way home I realized the instrument cluster and fuel gauge were not working properly (it only happened at high speeds over time; at lower speeds it appeared to be working correctly). I told Norm the next day I was a bit disappointed the IC didn't work...he immediately had me set up an appointment with my local Buick dealer, paid for it (not cheap), and had it replaced...even though the car was sold "as is". He was under no obligation to do this. That, folks, is integrity. It is examples like this that restore a bit of faith in humanity...and definitely let me know where to go next time I need a used car.
